Swing Phi Swing Social Fellowship, Inc.® offers to teach and train girls within the community how to become future finer women. Local chapter members provide their knowledge, skills and toolings to transition them from one stage of life to another by using a focused, event-infused, constructed Rites of Passage program that benefits the participant, the mentors, the immediate community, and society at large. Local chapters establish their mentorship program to demonstrate unity and solidarity within the Sisterhood as they motivate the next generation. National President, Sharon Chandler states, “SWING is a phenomenal sisterhood and an unique and fascinating organization with rich historical significance. We are duty-bound to share our strength, courage and wisdom with our future leaders”. The Swing Phi Swing Social Fellowship, Inc.® Mentoring Program is the way to come of age and will embolden every young girl to aspire to be a woman of substance, class, integrity and inner beauty.
